You then attach a cord to yourself and a large rock in the earth’s crust. You then travel back up to your chest and then to your head. Furthermore, you then imagine a beam of light that connects you to the source of all creation. This helps you to ground yourself and access higher levels of consciousness.
  • Breathing: This technique involves breathing deeply and slowly, inhaling for four counts and exhaling for eight to sixteen counts. This helps you to relax your body and mind and enter a state of calmness and awareness.
  • Neurofeedback training: This is a form of brain training that uses sensors attached to your head to monitor your brain waves. You can see your brain activity on a screen or hear it as sounds. The goal is to learn how to control your brain waves and change them to the desired frequency, such as theta. Neurofeedback training can help you improve your focus, mood, stress resilience, sleep quality, and executive function.
  • Binaural beats: These are an auditory illusion that occurs when you listen to two tones with slightly different frequencies in each ear. Your brain perceives a third tone that is the difference between the two tones. For example, if you listen to a 440 Hz tone in your left ear and a 444 Hz tone in your right ear, you will hear a 4 Hz tone.
