In spirituality, the divine plan is the order of the universe eternally in the mind of God, foreseeing each of his creatures, their diversity and hierarchy, activity and interrelationship, and how they serve their respective purpose in accordance with the divine will. It is also the way God intervenes in human affairs to accomplish his purposes, sometimes through miraculous events that defy natural explanations. The divine plan reveals God’s love, wisdom and power, and invites humans to trust him and cooperate with him.
